The Frog Lotus Yoga (FLY) 100 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Program in Andalusia, Spain, empowers you to teach Yin Yoga in association with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Acupressure and the Meridians, and expand your understanding of Eastern philosophy.
Upon graduation, you are certified to create and teach inclusive, creative, intelligent and safe yin yoga classes.
The 100 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Program in Andalusia, Spain, consists of two intensive 50 hour one-week courses with reading, reflection and assimilation practices, as well as face-to-face, interactive sessions.
The 100 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course is Yoga Alliance Certified (US & UK). To gain the full 100 hour certification, you need to complete both the 50 Hour Yin Yoga & Meridians and 50 Hour Yin Yoga & Acupressure modules.
You can take them both this year or several years apart.
