During my 1:1 classes, you have my undivided attention. Starting right where you are, at your pace, adapted to your needs and rhythm.  

 

My classes are a space to enjoy the body, release burdens, look within, (re)connect with the breath, and integrate the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of the practice.

Yoga styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga & acupressure, meditation and pranayama.
